Redevelopment of non-core university lands of approximately 32 acres at the Canada Education Park (Chilliwack) and University Village (Abbotsford) campuses.

The Abbotsford site is 4.48 acres with a proposal of 4-6 storey mixed-use commercial/apartments. This site envisions 300+ units, located in the heart of the existing campus.

The Chilliwack site is the larger of the two, with a proposal that imagines over 800 units on 28 acres. This site is in close proximity to the Vedder River & Rotary Trail and offers a variety of unit types in single family, townhome, rowhouse & 4-6 storey apartment forms.
